Six risk areas:
- Behaviors that result in unintentional and intentional injuries;
- Tobacco use;
- Alcohol and drug abuse;
- Sexual behaviors that result in HIV infection, other sexually transmitted diseases, and unintended pregnancies;
- Physical inactivity; and
- Dietary behaviors. The Montana Office of Public Instruction has been involved with this survey project since 1991.
